Referral Program Terms
These terms explain how the Action Network Worldwide referral program works. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service.
Who can take part
Any member with an Action Network Worldwide account. Both people — the member who recommends, and the person who joins — must be on Action Network Worldwide.
How it works
Every member has a personal share link under Settings → Referrals. There is no code to enter: the link records who recommended whom.
If someone joined on your recommendation without using the link, they can name you under “Who referred you?”, and we ask you to confirm it. Such a request can only be made before their first payment, and expires if it is not answered within 14 days.
What you both get
When the person you referred makes their first payment, you each receive a free month. Rewards are always whole free months — never money, credit, percentages or discounts.
When it is granted
Free months are granted 14 days after that first payment. The wait lets us confirm the payment stands.
How months are used
- A free month is applied automatically to your next monthly invoice: that invoice is not charged and your plan continues unchanged.
- Several months are applied to consecutive invoices.
- On a yearly plan, your months are kept and applied once you are on monthly billing.
- If you administer an organization, you can choose to apply your own earned months to its subscription instead.
Limits
You can earn up to 12 free months per calendar year as a referrer. Each account can be referred by one person, once.
What does not qualify
- Referring yourself or additional accounts of your own.
- Anyone paying with a payment method already used on your account.
- A payment that is refunded, reversed or disputed. If that happens after months were granted, any unused months are withdrawn.
Expiry
Earned months do not expire. If we end the program, months already earned stay usable for 12 months.
What the other person sees
A member who refers you sees your first name and whether the referral has been recorded, paid and rewarded. Nothing else.
Changes
We may change or end this program at any time. Changes never affect free months already earned.
