How It Works
Complete your profile
Add your interests, specialty, location, and what you're looking for (match tags like "speaks-swahili", "seeking-funding", "SDG-13"). The more complete your profile, the better your matches.
Matches appear automatically
Top 100 matches load instantly on your dashboard. Filter by type (people, organizations, opportunities), minimum score threshold, or page through results. Each match shows a score and the reasons behind it.
Connect or explore
Click "Connect" to reach out with a personal message. View the match's full profile, see shared interests, and check if there's an active opportunity they've posted. The platform bridges discovery to the Mighty Networks community for ongoing discussion.
Collaboration strengthens future matches
